What you will see in five minutes

"Everything you'll see in the next five minutes runs on two real fairs: HavExpo 2026, where we measured, and Global Aqua 2027, where it's live today. Built with the organiser, Vidar Onarheim."
  1. 1

The problem. A trade fair has goals – but most organisers only find out in hindsight whether they reached them.

  2. 2

The proof from HavExpo 2026. We linked registration, attendance, invitations and surveys per person – and measured what actually happened to visitors, exhibitors and speakers.

  3. 3

The Action Board, live. The board's goals on one screen, measured against the goals – not against last year.

  4. 4

What the AI does. It finds the biggest gap and proposes the next action, with an owner and a deadline. A person approves.

  5. 5

What's next. How Global Aqua 2027 is being built with the organiser – one year before the fair opens.

Built with an organiser, not for one

Everything in the demo was developed together with HavExpo, Global Aqua and their founder, Vidar Onarheim – an organiser who was willing to measure his own fair and share what he found.

That matters for any trade fair: the questions we answer are the organiser's own questions, and the data is the fair's own data.

What the AI does – and what it doesn't

The AI does

  • Measures the fair against the board's own goals.
  • Finds the biggest gap between goal and reality.
  • Proposes the next action, with an owner, a deadline and the insight it comes from.

The AI doesn't

  • Decide on its own. Every proposed action is approved by a person.
  • Use scraped or bought data. It works on the fair's own systems – registration, attendance, surveys, lead app – linked per person.
  • Use data without consent. If there is no consent, it isn't in the model.

What is live, what is pilot, what is prototype

StatusWhat
LiveRegistration, invitation engine, lead app and the Action Board – in production for Global Aqua 2027.
PilotExhibitor call list – who is likely not to rebook, and why. Proven on HavExpo 2026 data; joins the Action Board after Global Aqua 2027.
PrototypeVisitor app and matchmaking – being tested with exhibitors and visitors before we build it out.

We will always tell you which is which.

One number to start with

80 %

of HavExpo 2026 visitors came through the fair's own channels.

That is why invitations are the board's first goal – not a marketing afterthought.

See it on your own fair's numbers

If you organise a trade fair, we'll walk you through the Action Board with your own goals in mind. Thirty minutes, no slides.
