Expogenius is the data controller for website and demo-request data.

This Privacy Policy covers personal data processed in connection with the website, communication and agreed platform use.
For some fair projects, EXPOGENIUS may process data on behalf of an organizer under a separate agreement. In those cases, the organizer’s own privacy information may also apply.

The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with EXPOGENIUS.

We may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited and similar usage information, where relevant.
Demo request data
If you request a demo, we may collect your name, work email, organization, fair name, country or market, message and any information you choose to provide.

If you communicate with us, we may process your contact details and the content of the communication.
Platform user data
In agreed customer projects, the platform may process registration data, profile data, check-in data, exhibitor activity, lead activity, visitor intent, survey responses and related fair data depending on the setup.

The form may also record limited submission context, including the source page, source call to action, page language and submission timestamp.
We do not use demo request information to publish customer names, exhibitor names, visitor names or other identifiable details without permission.

When EXPOGENIUS is used in a fair project, data processing depends on the agreed setup with the organizer.
The platform may support workflows such as registration, check-in, badge printing, organizer actions, exhibitor performance, visitor planning, surveys, reports and learning for the next fair, depending on the agreed setup.
In many cases, the organizer determines the purpose and setup of the fair project, while EXPOGENIUS supports the platform and processing according to the agreement.
Project-specific data use may also be described by the organizer’s own privacy information, registration terms or event communication.
AI, data and aggregated insights
EXPOGENIUS uses AI and data to support practical fair work, such as identifying gaps, prioritizing actions, improving follow-up and learning from fair results.
The organizer stays in control. AI supports recommendations – it does not replace organizer judgment.
Public proof, website cases and external communication should use approved fair names, aggregated fair-level metrics or anonymized examples unless explicit permission has been given.
Responsible data use
The platform is intended to support organizer decisions with aggregated insights, anonymized examples and AI-supported recommendations where relevant.
AI, Data & TrustInternational transfers
The Formward setup selected for demo requests stores and processes submission content in the EU/EEA. Form submission content is hosted in Sweden, and notification e-mails are delivered through an EU data centre.
If you correspond with us by e-mail, your provider may process data according to its own terms and infrastructure.
Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the context, the agreed customer setup and legal or contractual requirements.
Demo requests
Deleted no later than 12 months after the last documented contact if no customer relationship is established. The same rule applies in Formward, relevant recipient mailboxes and EXPOGENIUS-controlled exports.
Platform project data
Handled according to the agreed customer setup and relevant agreements.
Website analytics
No third-party analytics or marketing tracker is active. A first-party performance monitor stores only daily aggregate Core Web Vitals threshold counts by public route and mobile or desktop class. The application dataset contains no cookies, IP addresses, user agents, raw timing values or visitor identifiers. A limited first-party PDF counter remains separate.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law and the context of the processing, you may have rights in relation to your personal data.
Some rights may depend on the legal basis for processing and the role of EXPOGENIUS in the specific context.
